ServiceNow Consultant (m/w/d)

You are...

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will take on conceptual tasks in our customer projects. Depending on your focus, you develop service management processes and structures, identify stakeholder requirements, define requirements for implementing solutions and tools, accompany agile implementation projects as a project manager or provide training courses. Both as part of workshops and in close cooperation with the customer, as part of a team or as a lone fighter.
  • Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements
  • Professional and technical advice and customer support regarding ServiceNow
  • Design, implementation and introduction of ServiceNow solutions
  • (Partial) project management and implementation of customer appointments
  • Time, cost and resource planning as part of project management
  • Preparation and implementation of professional and technical presentations
  • You enjoy working with customers on a project-related basis and developing individual solutions
  • You think holistically and carefully identify topics apart from existing projects that would bring corresponding added value to the customer
  • Interest in process modelling and optimization
  • Joy and motivation to familiarise yourself with new topics
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their practical application in business environments
  • Changing customer requirements won't upset you
  • Analytical and goal-oriented thinking
  • Very good communication skills and joy of working in different teams
  • Team spirit, initiative, creativity and self-organization characterize you
  • Willingness to be mobile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science/business informatics, a successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Several years of experience in designing and implementing customer projects in ServiceNow
  • Experience in modeling processes and workflows
  • Profound knowledge of relational databases
  • Profound JavaScript skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one more ServiceNow Mainline Certification
  • Experience in SQL, HTML, CSS
  • First experience in project management is desirable
  • Ideally ITIL certification (s)
