Bundling of infrastructure expertise in exccon infrastructure services GmbH - employees move to subsidiary
Munich, April 2026 — exccon AG announces that selected business areas have been spun off into the newly founded exccon infrastructure services GmbH. As part of this strategic realignment, some of the employees were also transferred to the subsidiary. The aim of this measure is to build up focused expertise in the area of infrastructure services and at the same time to further intensify cooperation with customers. By bundling expertise in the new company, exccon creates the basis for even more efficient processes, faster response times and targeted development of its service portfolio.
At the same time, exccon AG will clearly act as a specialized partner in the ServiceNow environment in the future. With this strategic focus, the respective strengths of the divisions are sharpened and their positioning in the market is sustainably strengthened.
