How nice — after a three-year break, we were finally able to invite you to an exccon Experience Day & After Knowledge event again! We would like to thank all participants who took the time to attend the event on Thursday in the really cool and interesting location “Motorworld Munich”.
The lectures
After being welcomed by exccon CTO Melhem El-Achkar, the participants heard from him all the important keynotes at ServiceNow Knowledge 2023, which took place in Las Vegas in May — as always, a delegation from exccon brought all news & information personally from Las Vegas. The pictures of the big ServiceNow event made you want more!
The participants were then offered a thematic program consisting of several lectures, which highlighted a lot of interesting and current topics about various areas of ServiceNow:
Maximilian Bukow spoke about the ServiceNow Risk Products roadmap. He discussed how GRC applications such as Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, etc. can help customers with their business processes. Updates from the Utah release were also presented.
ServiceNow expert Thomas Fregin then used an interesting live demo to show how to create workspaces in ServiceNow with the UI Builder (Workspace Configuration).
From Avani Shah, participants learned more about how Employee Center Pro can streamline workflows for IT, HR, workplace, legal, and procurement teams.
@Ajay, the fourth speaker, focused on news in business continuity management and gave interested guests an insight into how ServiceNow can help companies effectively manage the continuity of their operations.
Finally, @Martin from ServiceNow gave an overview of the platform and presented a highlight of the afternoon: the barista workflow — demonstrated live with a coffee machine. Attendees were thrilled to see how ServiceNow tools can automate the coffee preparation process! And of course, the delicious coffee could also be tasted afterwards!
Between and after the presentations, there were many stimulating discussions and opportunities for exchange of views and networking between the participants and ServiceNow experts, which were used intensively.
Culinary delights
This exciting event was rounded off with a culinary pampering program with appetizers and pastries. The afternoon program ended with a joint get-together with the opportunity for networking and professional exchange, before all participants this year — together with many other invited guests — were cordially invited to celebrate exccon AG's “18th birthday” in the evening at the Motorworld Inn Restaurant with music, dance and a fantastic “flying buffet” — and of course the birthday cake was also a must.
The event location
We were all particularly impressed by the unusual location — no fewer of the participants combined a visit to our event with a leisurely stroll through the many luxury cars, classic cars and top-class sports cars on display. Motorworld Munich is a fascinating experience for anyone who is enthusiastic about cars and motorcycles, and rail enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here. On an area of over 30,000 square meters, visitors can admire a wide range of exclusive vehicles and classic cars. It's definitely worth a visit!
