The ITIL® Foundation certification exam consists of a one-hour multiple choice exam with 40 questions to answer. Of the 40 points that can be achieved, 26 points are required to pass the examination. After passing the exam, you will receive the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate.
No auxiliary materials/teaching materials are allowed.
Candidates who take the exam in a language that is not their mother tongue or candidates with special requirements (e.g. health restrictions) are entitled to an extended examination period. Please let us know when you register if you would like us to request an extended examination period for you.
With the purchase of the exam voucher, you will receive the exam preparation book, either in German or in English.

The PRINCE2® Foundation certification exam consists of a one-hour multiple choice exam with 60 questions to answer. Of the 60 points that can be achieved, 33 points are required to pass the examination. After passing the exam, you will receive the PRINCE2® Foundation 2017 Edition Certificate in Project Management.
