ITIL Foundation:
Your entry into the world of ITIL® 4!

This 2-day basic training gives you an in-depth overview of the ITIL framework. Successfully completed Foundation training is a prerequisite for participation in all advanced ITIL modules in the various streams.
ITIL®4 Foundation

ITIL® Managing Professional

This training path comprises 4 courses, each lasting 2.5 days. To become an ITIL 4 Managing Professional, you must successfully take all 4 certification exams (CDS, DSV, HVIT, DPI). The courses can be booked individually, but it is also possible to complete two courses in one week (10% discount when booking compact courses compared to booking individually).

ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT)

ITIL® Practice Manager

This training path comprises the 2.5-day CDS course (Create, Deliver, Support) and three course modules, each lasting 3 days, each covering five core practices. To achieve the “ITIL Practice Manager” status, you must successfully complete the Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) module and at least one of the three Practice Manager modules. The CDS module is part of both the Managing Professional and Practice Manager streams.

ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Plan, Implement & Control (PIC)
ITIL® 4 Practice Manager: Monitor, Support & Fulfil (MSF)
ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support (CDS)

ITIL® Strategic Leader

This training path comprises 2 courses and expands the focus from pure IT operations to all IT-supported services in the company. The training courses can be booked individually or in combination (10% discount). To become an ITIL Strategic Leader, both ITIL training courses in this stream must be successfully attended. The “DPI” module is part of both the Strategic Leader and the Managing Professional Stream. ‍

ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan & Improve (DPI)

ITIL® Master: the highest award in the ITIL training scheme

Become the ultimate expert in service management and demonstrate this with the highest level of ITIL certification! To become an ITIL Master, you must complete the 3 streams “Practice Manager (PM)”, “Managing Professional (MP)” and “Strategic Leader (SL)” in any order. In this way, you demonstrate concentrated expertise and internalize the principles and teaching content of ITIL at all levels. You will automatically be awarded the title ITIL Master as soon as you have successfully completed all three streams.
