You are...

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will independently, professionally and technically competently advise our customers on the planning and implementation of IT environments, taking into account the existing IT infrastructure, IT security and current standards based on the ServiceNow enterprise platform. You help our customers optimally use, optimize and maximize their ServiceNow investments. You have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and have already gained several years of experience with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.

Independent design and development of ServiceNow solutions
Advice and support for our customers when using ServiceNow
Advising customers on software architecture issues and current development trends
Design and development of innovative solutions for digital transformation and automation
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of technological developments, especially in the area of enterprise architecture and enterprise workflows
Technical support in acquiring projects and expanding customer relationships
Carrying out implementations or implementing offered solutions in the customer environment
Independent organization, implementation and tracking of the projects you have taken on or are responsible for
Development and implementation of professional standard and offer presentations for the individual target groups
Responsible for topics and further development of our ServiceNow portfolio
Development and development of a team of up to 10 employees and management of near and offshore delivery units
Technical leadership and coaching of project teams (internally and externally with our customers)
Key role in implementation projects and in preparing offers. Responsibility for pre-sales activities
Providers of experience and knowledge for our employees and our customers as 'Trusted Advisor'
Training offers with advanced technological, professional and personality-related content for our internal employees

You enjoy working with customers on a project-related basis and developing individual solutions
Independent resolution of complex escalations and unexpected problems

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science/business informatics, a successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills (C1 or better) round off your profile
At least 5 years of full-time professional experience, ideally with several years of experience in technical management tasks
Experience in preparing cost calculations and processing customer offers
Several years of experience in software development
You already have experience as a project manager with multi-disciplinary Scrum or DevOps teams
You have many years of experience in IT ServiceIT Service Management and Project Management
You have many years of experience in IT service management and project management
(Profound) knowledge of current architectural trends and common development processes. Ideally, you have experience in one of the following industries: automotive, insurance or banking
You have at least 5 years of experience in customer contact and in planning and implementing enterprise architecture, preferably with ServiceNow
Ideally, you are already certified as an ITIL® Expert, Prince2® Practitioner
At least 3 ServiceNow certificates (e.g. CSA, CIS-ITSM (Professional), CIS-RC, CIS-PPM, CIS-APM, or CAD) and/or two from other ServiceNow disciplines
