  • Support in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions
  • Customizing topic-specific ServiceNow modules
  • General project support and implementation of customer appointments
  • Preparation and support of professional and technical presentations
  • You enjoy working with customers on a project-related basis and developing individual solutions
  • Interest in process modelling and optimization
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to familiarise yourself with new topics
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their practical application in business environments
  • Analytical and goal-oriented thinking
  • Very good communication skills and the joy of working in different teams
  • Team spirit, initiative, creativity and self-organization characterize you
  • You are currently studying in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Informatics (or comparable)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Basic skills in modeling workflows
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases
  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language (ideally JavaScript)
  • Ideally knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS
