IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

You are...

We are growing and therefore we need you to plan, implement, approve and follow up on projects or sub-projects in the area of financial services, insurance or government agencies. Your job is to coordinate and delegate tasks as well as to act as a link between client and project team, and you take on professional management tasks. Your tasks are challenging and inspiring if you enjoy implementing technical solutions for our customers, both in traditional and agile project environments, and integrating them into the customer environment.

You will manage demanding (partial) projects for our clients' digital transition and transformation projects (IT outsourcing and cloud migrations), often with a technical focus, and lead an interdisciplinary team of specialists.
You are responsible for planning and coordinating the (overall) project with the sub-project managers and delivery units
You are familiar with the implementation and “orchestration” of projects according to recognized and market-standard project standards
You are the central interface in communication management with regard to customers, stakeholders (both internal and external) and project team.
You represent the C-level projects on the steering committee
You are enthusiastically involved in the development of our service portfolio, particularly in the area of project management
You will be responsible for designing and implementing workshops and trainings.
You like working remotely but are also ready for on-site customer appointments

You are confident in IT, process, change, release and stakeholder management and organizational development.
Industry knowledge in the area of financial services, insurance or government agencies is desirable.
You know large data centers and complex infrastructures
You impress with your charismatic, communicative personality, your empathetic, constructive and solution-oriented nature and are therefore a competent contact and sparring partner.
You know how to motivate your team (on/offshore) with passion.
You inspire us with a high degree of initiative, your structured way of working and your creative potential.
You have assertiveness, strong ability to work in a team, overarching task and process-oriented thinking and action as well as analytical thinking

Successfully completed technical studies in business informatics or
Economics or a comparable well-founded education
Several years and relevant professional experience as a responsible project manager
Profound methodological knowledge such as ITIL, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA, SCRUM is an advantage, which you have ideally already been able to certify.
Experience with deploying and customizing Microsoft Office products is also an advantage.
Calmness in difficult project situations and a good degree of self-confidence are very welcome.
Very good written and spoken German language skills
