Consultant Service Management (m/w/d)

You are...

As a consultant, you will take on conceptual tasks in our customer projects. Depending on your focus, you will develop service management processes and structures, identify stakeholder requirements, define requirements for implementing solutions and tools, accompany agile implementation projects as a project manager or provide training courses. Both as part of workshops and in close cooperation with the customer, as part of a team or as a lone fighter.
  • Analysis of the structures and processes of service organizations
  • Identification of customer requirements and potential for improvement
  • Conception, design and documentation of enterprise service management structures and processes
  • Application of methods, frameworks and standards
  • Initiating and managing agile projects, process optimization
  • Carrying out training, workshops and assessments
  • A high level of motivation to familiarise oneself with new topics, to apply them and to pass them on
  • A healthy self-confidence with an appropriate appearance
  • High level of conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent German language skills, very good written and spoken English
  • mobility and the joy of traveling
  • Completed university degree, preferably in computer science or business administration, or equivalent vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in service management, project management, governance and/or in the areas of organization, strategy and process development
  • Ideally certification as ITIL®, Prince2®, Agile Scrum Cobit® or comparable frameworks and methods.
