How did you join Exccon?
I came to Germany from India looking for a job in ServiceNow Technology, as I already had experience in this area. I found exccon via a job portal and applied for a job that matched my profile. We had a few job interviews and as everything was right for both sides, I became a happy part of the exccon team.
How do you reconcile family and career?
I am currently in a long-distance relationship with my partner who lives in India. I live alone in Germany at the moment, but hope that my partner will soon be able to join me with a work visa to Germany.
exccon has an international team. What do you learn from colleagues from other cultures? How is the togetherness?
I'm from India and working with colleagues from other cultures is a great experience - you can learn a lot from it! The German language with its various accents (especially the Bavarian accent) is particularly exciting and challenging for me.
The proportion of women in the IT sector remains low. As a woman, do you feel you are in good hands with Exccon?
At Exccon, I see all the strong and hard-working women around me, and that strengthens me - so yes, I feel I'm in good hands!
